Our Story
R&R started from a pure place...
In January 2015 I celebrated a milestone birthday with three of my closest friends. These ladies were selected for the incredible ways they each cared for me over the years as a friend and sister. I presented each person with a special gift, and, with tears in my eyes, expressed my gratitude for the special way each woman impacted my life. As wives and mothers, it is easy to get lost in caring for others, and not taking time to pour into ourselves. We often serve out of an empty place. Our natural sister-bond is shown in the way we encourage each other to take time for ourselves by managing our self-care, and being intentional about checking in with one another. Many years later we continue our text thread of prayers, affirmations, silly meme’s and whatever it takes to get us through the day!

The R&R Leisure and Wellness Co. was born on this special birthday weekend. It was here that I began caring for people in a variety of ways with one goal in mind..."to see them Rest and Refine".
Taking time for a little "R & R" may be coming home from a long day, slipping into comfy loungewear and curling up in a soft blanket. Perhaps, setting an ambiance of calm with your favorite candle. For you it may also be reading or journaling about the day. Finding your authentic “R & R” could simply be sitting in silence while praying or meditating.
Today, R&R Leisure and Wellness Co. has evolved into a one-stop-shop for rest and wellness. Our carefully selected merchandise provides what we need to care for our mind, body, and soul. Leisurewear, soothing gifts for the home, and Wellness Services (Marriage and Family Therapy and Biblical Life Coaching) are now all at our customer's fingertips. This is our beginning and the rest is Her-Story!
