PROCESSING TIMEFRAME

Please allow 24-48 hours to process all online orders.  Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at check out based on shipping address.  

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There is no additional charge for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The R&R Leisure and Wellness Co.  is closed for the observance of major United States holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

U.S. STANDARD

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

U.S. SECOND DAY/U.S. OVERNIGHT

Orders must be made before 2:00 p.m. EST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, R&R ships to Canada. International shipping will be announced at a future time.
